Aquafit
Combining Aerobics with the resistance affects of water, Aquafit is a gentle low impact exercise session to aid weight loss and muscle tone.

Spin Cycle
An intense indoor cycling class open to all levels of fitness. This class will improve your fitness, stamina and endurance levels and is also a good aid in weight loss and toning.

Body Combat ®
BODYCOMBAT™ is the empowering cardio workout where you are totally unleashed. This fiercely energetic program is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as Karate, boxing, Taekwondo, Tai Chi and Muay Thai. Supported by driving music and powerful role model instructors strike, punch, kick and kata your way through calories to superior cardio fitness.

Step Aerobics
A general Step Aerobics class giving you a full body workout and improving cardio-vascular fitness.
 
Circuit Class
An all over body workout which works muscles you didn't know you had! Various cardio and resistance activities in a circuit format. As easy or as hard as you want to make it!

Aerobics/Step Aerobics
A traditional aerobics class using choreographed moves and a step to get the body pumping and burn off the calories.

Yoga
A class to increase your flexibility and suppleness, to encourage mental and spiritual growth; to give you energy.A great way to relieve stress.

Zumba Fitness
Inspired by traditional cumbia, salsa, samba music paired pulsating Latin rhythms & red-hot international dance steps, Zumba Fitness is a fantastic way to get fit whilst having fun!!
