Feedback is very important to the operation of Doncaster Culture & Leisure Trust. We operate an ethos of All feedback is good feedback, and therefore value any feedback which our customers may wish to provide about any aspect of their visit to one of our venues.
There are a number of ways in which you can provide feedback.
All of our staff members are happy to receive your feedback. All verbal comments are recorded and monitored on a daily basis. If you have an issue with any aspect of your visit, our staff will do their utmost to rectify the matter straight away. If they are unable to do so, they will arrange for another member of staff who will be able to assist you further

DCLT comment forms are available at points around each venue. If you are unable to locate one, please ask at reception and they will be happy to provide one for you. In addition to your comments and feedback, the customer comment form also offers our customers the opportunity to nominate a member of staff for our Employee of the Month scheme.

We will respond to you within 7 days of us receiving your comments. However, please bear in mind that due to the nature of the postal system, we may not receive your comments until several days after you post it.
Get Involved with our focus groups
If you would like to speak face-to-face witha representative from DCLT, you are welcome to attend one of our regular focus groups. Focus Groups take place at all of our centres on a quarterly basis.
